Xx-- Kaden was a man who had skills for many different things. One thing is to find people, and that was one thing he needed to do. Even without to the power to hack into systems, he still had friends in high places. Danielle Baylor, a girl who seemed to have the skills to just up and disappear. Despite the fact that Kaden held her phone captive. He found it one day going into work to show them how his lovely head was doing. He would be able to get the stitches out soon, but he’d be out of work for at least another week. Which sucked in a way, but now he was just cleaning up the backrooms and shit like that. It was money so that was all that really mattered.
What Kaden did learn about little Danielle or Katelyn as he found her information under, worked at the Afterlife café. So with her phone he headed out and took a little trip. He made sure to know when Danielle was working, after all he had to see her again. Her arm must be feeling better by now, so she would be working again. All in all, Kaden was pretty much being a stalker. For the last few days he watched the café for a little before leaving. He learned that she was working and what tables she worked at. It was about a week and a half after the two had their first meeting that Kaden took action.
Newspaper in hands, opened up as he pulled the door open, a soft ring sounding off before the door closed behind him. Kaden had her phone in his back pocket, once he was seat he’d be able to swip it onto the table-hopefully without letting the newspaper fall. These things were evil little bitches that even stayed up right. It took skill and practice to get it just right. He picked a spot in the middle of a few tables, it was one of the few open, and it was Katelyn’s last open table. Smiling to himself as he slipped into the left out chair, he reached into his back pocket and slipped the phone onto the table just as the newspaper started falling.
Lucky for him he got it to stay up so his face wasn’t shown. He hadn’t seen Katelyn just yet, but he knew she was here. So for now all he had to do was sit and wait. If he got another waitress, he’d ask for Katelyn, and if she wasn’t here or left, well he’d just leave. Only he was sure she was here, he saw her not five minutes ago. There was no point on over thinking, so he did what he needed to look more normal. He really started to read the paper. Right now he was reading about a few different shot outs around the town. He knew what gangs had been in them and when they really happened. Most people knew this stuff before it came out in the papers.
No one could hide from the gangs, and if you weren’t in you were fighting them.

Danielle was so damn bored. After the incident with Kaden over a week ago, she had lost her phone, but today was almost torture. When a customer came in, they would sit in one of the other waitresses tables. Usually when business was slow for her, she could text either Cordie, if she was off, or even Niles. And today she wished she had it. Sighing slightly, she walked over when she saw one of her tables was done, gave them their receipt and started to clean off the table when they left before carrying the dishes to the back. Most of the day had been really slow for her, a customer here, two there, maybe if she was lucky, she would get about five per hour. However, she was glad it was an hour till closing time so she could go home and relax. That was until another customer came in.
Quickly washing off her hands after touching the other plates, she dried her hands before grabbing a notepad where she could write the order down, she walked out only to sigh when whoever sat at another table. "Hey Katelyn?" She blinked slightly before turning to one of the other waitresses, who had been very busy that day. "You wanna help me out? I have like more than six tables. It would mean the world to me if you helped me. OH! And as a extra bonus, if someone comes in for your table, I'll take them. Pleeasseee?" She said, playfully pouting and begging Danielle. She merely grinned and laughed before nodding and patted the girl on the back. "Sure, I'm bored as hell, everyone seems to be ignoring my tables like the plague." Danielle laughed as the girl was happy that she agreed and rushed off to help her customers again.
Half an hour later, Danielle was still busy helping the other waitress, but hey at least she wasn't bored now. She almost had even forgotten about her phone. As she cleaned off another table, she looked looked up to see the girl going towards one of her tables, where a customer had finally sat. Figures. Oh well a deal was a deal, she thought as she carried the dishes to the back as the girl walked up to the man holding the newspaper. "Hello sir, can I get you anything today?" The brunette waitress asked Kaden with notepad and pen in hand.

Xx-- It was late, and Kaden new that, but he needed to take her out somewhere afterwards, therefore he had to set his plans into motion. He spotted Katelyn working busily, at different tables. What was this? He glanced around trying not to let her see him and without look strange. He noticed that there was no one at any of the tables he had seen her working at. Therefore she must be helping another waitress or waiter. Now that he thought about it, he hadn’t seen any waiters here, that was weird. It was like they were sexist or something.
A minute passed and he turned the page in the paper. He could hear someone walking. He smiled, a child smile and didn’t really listen to the voice. He was slipping the paper down and started speaking. “One cell ph-“ He stopped short, the paper going back up as he peeked up at the girl. Her voice was wrong, she was wrong. “Who the hell are you? Where’s Da-Katelyn?” He almost fucked that up. Only he eyes were narrowed as he peeked around the paper on the other side to spot her. “This is her table, shoo.” He said well making sure the paper stayed up before waving his hand at the woman.
When she didn’t move he narrowed his eyes at her. She was going to try and kill his plan even more. Grabbing the phone off the table, he looked around and spotted another table Getting up and walking in a side step to make sure Katelyn didn’t see him he pulled out the chair and sat down. Placing the phone of the table he smiled and went on with reading. He could see in the corner of his eye that the wrong waitress was still there. Glaring slightly to the side he heard the bell and turned to look at two fat people coming in. Seems like they were on a date or something. After all he glanced up at her. “Well shoo, you can go bug fatty one and fatty two.” And with that he leaned back and prayed she’d just go away. Listen to him and let him deal with this in his own way. Kaden was being like a child, but he had a good reason for it.

Sighing as she continued serving other people, Katelyn was completely unaware of Kaden even being there. Then again, after a week she had almost forgotten about him...if it wasn't for her cell phone that is. She still hit herself for the damn thing slipping out of her car and she thought about going over to ask him for the phone. She asked Lawley for a replacement car, she didn't want to push for a new phone.
As she thanked a customer for coming, she walked in the back and started rinsing off one of the cups, only to see the other waitress walk up and huff. "What's wrong?" She said before placing the cups down. "Oh you finally got a customer, but he's being weird! He keeps asking for you, but I tried telling him that you were busy, but he kept telling me to shoo." The girl huffed more and crossed her arms. "He's cute as hell, but he doesn't listen very well." Someone was asking for her? Out of instinct, her heart dropped. What if it was someone who found her out?! They could try something in the cafe. It seriously made Katelyn want to slip out the back door and leave. Matter of fact, that might be a good idea...
That is until the waitress was glaring at her. Danielle blinked slightly at the glare, only to be confused by her question. "Is that guy a stalker or something?" "Wait what? How would I know? I don't know who he is!" she said laughing slightly. "I doubt anyone would stalk me. I am quite boring after all." She said grinning at the waitress, but inside if she could, she would be hitting her head against a wall. Her life was anything BUT normal. Sometimes she hated it too.
"Well ok, if you say that this guy, whoever he is, isn't a stalker, you can have him if you want, he's rude to me." She said before walking off. Danielle couldn't help but to sigh slightly before drying off her hands, grabbing a pen and pad and left from the kitchen. Time to go meet Mr. Stalker then. Walking up to the table, she made a puzzled look on her face when the man's face was covered by a newspaper. "My name is Katelyn, I'll be your waitress today. Do you have anything in mind right now?" She said, wondering if the guy was just going to keep the paper up.

Xx-- The two fought for about ten minutes. For some reason she would just not give up. Kaden even moved tables seven times. Each table all Katelyn’s and yet nothing. As his frustration when up, so did her’s. yet she was nicer then he was since he was the customer after all. Kaden became rather rude to her. The fact was, it went to the point where he called her stupid, and a bad waitress. She left in a huff after that, Although Kaden wasn’t sure if it was to get Katelyn like he asked more than once, or to get the manger. If the manger came out that could be bad, but maybe the manger would be understand. Hell she didn’t even asked why he wanted Katelyn to be his waitress. Stupid bitch.
The whole time Kaden had held that stupid newspaper up. His arms were getting tired, it was an awkward way to hold them. Plus he hadn’t been doing much of anything in the last week and half. Bring his one shoulder up he rolled it awkwardly. The paper started to fall, and he quickly made it go back up. Someone coming back from the bathroom gave him a weird look before going to an older woman who he guess was her mother and started talking to her. The two looked at him and he glanced over to make them stop staring. He wasn’t being creepy was he? God maybe he was. Katelyn was going to pay for this.
Finally, he heard the door open, he didn’t peek around and started to read, more like act like he was reading. He listened, they were female steps, they were soft, almost as if they were worried. The stopped beside him, and he made sure they couldn’t see his face. Then came her face, smirking to himself, he waited for her to finish. Finally he started to lay the paper down without looking at her. “I’d like one cell phone and a coffee of your choice?” he said finally looking up at her with a goofy grin. He was so happy it worked out this time! He couldn’t wait to see her reaction. This was the whole reason for his plan in the first place. Finding and surprising the woman who thought she could disappear from the ex-detective.
Only he grabbed the cell phone and held it in his hand. He waved it at her before pushing it back into his pocket. “I believe you dropped this in my car.” And with that he looked at her arm, the stitches were out, that was good. Kaden had taken the ones out of his shoulder about three for four days ago was well. But with that he leaned back and let his arms go up and hand rest on the back of his neck. “Hows your arm?”

Danielle sighed deeply as she went out into the cafe to see who the mysterious person was that was requesting her. However when the guy put the newspaper down, a shocked expression came on her face. "Wha- Kaden!?" She said very confused. How the hell did he find her?! She left no trace at all did she-, and then she saw her cell phone. Of course. Evil phone. Her hand reached out for the phone, until he suddenly grabbed it and pushed it back into his pocket. "Yes I did and I kinda need that back.." She said placing her hands on her hips slightly. Shit. She was really wanting to just disappear without a trace. Then she remembered, he was a ex-detective. That thought slipped her mind.
She felt herself sigh slightly as she crossed her arms slightly. "Your not going to give my phone back huh?" She said playfully glaring at him. That was until he noticed her arm. She blinked slightly when he asked about her arm and raised her right hand over it. "It's better now, I had the stitches removed two days ago." She said before mentally shivering. Damn stitches, she hated them. "Hows your head doing by the way?" She said before looking around, seeing most customers were gone. It was almost closing time after all and most likely the other waitresses were packing up to leave. So, she merely just pulled a chair out and sat down, knowing she wouldn't leave without her phone dammit. "How did you find me by the way? I know you used to be a detective, but still." She said as the placed the pen and notepad on the table. It was almost like he had technically stalked her. No, he pretty much DID stalk her. tagged: Kaden Word Count: 378 outfit: coming soon! lyrics: Savin Me - Nickelback notes:urg it sucks soo much DX

Xx-- Finally the reaction of his plans has come to him! He couldn’t help but laugh at Katelyn, her face was priceless. The fact was she remembered him and never thought she would see him again. Kaden was proud of himself. He worked rather hard to find this little missy. Only not just because to give her, her cell phone back but to see her again. The last time together was rather. . . interesting but now it was time that the two had a normal hang out. Or what most people would think of it, a date. A force date since Kaden was keeping her cell phone captive until she hung out with him.
Lucky for him he was able to get the phone back before she could grab it. Their hands grazed slightly but in the end Kadne had won and pushed it deep into his front pocket. If she really wanted it back without going out with him she would need to get it herself. He knew that from his keys last time she wasn’t pushing her hands in there any time soon. Leaning back knowing he was save from her going at him for the time being he looked pass her and at the few people that were still in the room.
“I know you need it, that’s why I’m here. But-“ He looked back at her with a grin. “You gotta win it back.” He said and knew she was going to hate him for this but hey it was fun. For some reason he knew that Katelyn would play along with his little plan. For some reason she seemed to be a push over and not able to stand up and put her foot down. If she did and did get mad at Kaden, Kaden would surely give her the phone back. It’s not like he was jerk or something like that. He was just trying to have some fun.
When she crossed her arms Kaden smiled at her. She was cute when she was frustrated. No she was cute all the time. It made him wonder if this time the no hinting on rule was this in act. After all he had told that to her when he was drunk and this time it would be more like playing with her, or what people can call it- flirting. She was beautiful and Kaden loved her personality so far. So why not give it a shot? After all Kaden only dated those he found interesting.
“Nope.” He said making a popping sound on the letter P. He chuckled to himself as she sat down. “Don’t have to work anymore? Oh am I that amazingly cool that you can slack at your job?” Then he frowned and looked at the kitchen door. “Unless you’re going to send her back to me.” And just then he caught her taking a peek through the window only to see her frowning. “Yeah you may want to tell her to stop staring at me too.” And with that looked away from the window and back at Katelyn with a soft smile.
Her life was back to something more normal. Well her undercover life anyways. Working, friends, everything a lie. No wonder why he never did anything like that. It would be so hard to lie to everyone. People you cared about, people you would love to tell but couldn’t. Yet here he was almost a stranger and yet he knew too much. Watching her cover her arm he chuckled. “I beat you, took mine out of my shoulder three days ago. Although my head will be like this for two more days. But I can’t work for another week. Fun eh?” He said before rubbing his head softly. He had almost ripped the stitches out of a few times by forgetting they were there and that’s why he was stuck with them for so long.
Letting his hand drop onto the table he said. “If you wanna take a look you can. It may look kinda weird, but I don’t even know what it looks like. You may be the better judge of it then I ever will be.” It was true Kaden didn’t take the time to look at it or worry about it. To him it was just another burse that will disappear in time. Any injury to him was no big deal, it was a part of his job, he was working to fight, he was being paid to risk his life.
Watching the young girl and her mother leave, the mother holding the girls shoulder, Kaden sighed and shoot his head. Leaning forward on the chair, he placed his elbows on the table. “ I have my ways. I’m a ninja like that.” And with that he winked at her, a playful grin playing on his lips. For some reason Katelyn was so easy to be around she was fun to be with. It was a nice finally and hopefully she would go out with him tonight for some fun.

Katelyn blinked a few times at the sudden appearance of Kaden. Why was he here? Well other than giving her phone back that is. When she tried to grab it, she glared at him when he got it first and pushed it in his pocket. Well there was no way in hell she was going after it. She didn't get his keys from his pocket, she wasn't going to get her phone from his pocket either. When he grinned at her and said that she was going to have to win it back, she sighed deeply and crossed her arms. She knew if she really wanted to, she could just force him to give it back. But for now, she would just play along. "Fine then, how do I win it back?" she said, playfully sounding annoyed.
Once he said nope, she sighed again and sat down, only to chuckle slightly at him saying that he was cool enough for her to slack. "Do you see any more customers?" She said, since most of the customers were either being waited on by someone else or was already paying. When he asked about the other waitress, she turned to see the girl peeking, only to quickly disappear when she turned. "You shouldn't have been so rude to her. Matter of fact, she thought you were a stalker." she said before turning back and grinning. "Guess she was kinda right huh?" She said smiling.
When he said he beat her, she blinked slightly only to hear him explain that he got his taken out three days ago, she merely shook her head and grinned. "Healing isn't a competition Kaden." When he spoke of how he couldn't work for another week, she smiled more, glad that he wouldn't be able to hurt himself until he healed. "Well thats good, I'm glad your boss isn't just throwing you in the ring still. It means he cares at least." She said smiling. Sure she wasn't too thrilled about him being a cage fighter, but hey, it was his life not hers.
Nodding slightly to him telling her that she could look if she wanted, she got up and looked at his head, seeing that the stitches were still almost healed. "Like last time, it looks good." She said, smoothing some of his hair out of the way. Then it hit her. Why was she doing this? It felt like she was babying him in a way. So immediately after the thought she sat back down and smiled at him. "It's healing up nicely. I'm glad you didn't bang yourself up more while I was gone." She said grinning.
They were quiet for a moment, as a mother and daughter left, until Kaden said that he was a ninja like that. "Uh huh." She crossing her arms again and leaned back. "So what do I have to do again for my phone?" tagged: Kaden Word Count: 583 outfit: coming soon! lyrics: Savin Me - Nickelback notes: rushed post

Xx-- She was clearly annoyed, but was trying to play along. Good for her. He smiled up at her, the little evilness of his plan showing in his eyes. “Go out with me tonight. But this time we won’t have as crazy as a time.” He said talking about the car chase and shoot out, along with being hurt and seeing her naked the next day. He winked at her, hoping that she would know what he was talking about. Surely it could have sounded like they had kinky sex or something, but really he just didn’t want to give away her cover. “At the end of the night, I’ll give you my phone, I put my number in it before I turned it off, so it’s done dead. I also would like you to give me your number well I’m thinking about it.”
Oh she was going to kill him. He couldn’t help but laugh to himself. It was just so priceless. To think he had so much power over her. Even if he didn’t have her cell phone he would black mail her into hanging out with him. Where was he going to go though? That was a very good question. He had no idea. He thought about taking her to work, but he wouldn’t be able to show off for her just yet. So that would have to wait. He would just have to be boring. Food then a movie?
Looking around he shrugged. “Sure but only me at your table.” Then he thought of what he just said. “That sounds kinda creepy. I shouldn’t know that. But you know I had to get your table so we could talk just like this.” He said smiling at her as if hoping that she wouldn’t think he was stalking her or anything. Even though he had pretty much done that, but hey he needed to find her. He did it and well here he was. Both happy- well somewhat.
Only that was when she brought up his rudeness. Kaden looked to the side and crossed his arms over his chest. “It wasn’t my fault. She wouldn’t listen to me. She killed my plan.” He said before leaning forward on the table to move closer to Katelyn. “Why was she at your table anyways?” Then she called him a stalker. He laughed. “So I’m a stalker now. Maybe you should let her know I’m not here to kidnap you and rape you in the back of my mother’s minivan.” He chuckled at himself for coming up with that. He spotted the girl again and waved at her, she hide again. Kaden would do that every time he spotted her. After all he was the creepy stalking guy that was looking for his next victim after throwing Katelyn in the river.
With that they moved away from his mad ninja skills as a stalker and back to the past. He leaned forward again to let her look at it without walking all around the table. He smiled when she played with his hair. When she spoke he smiled more. “Well that’s good. I’ll be able to go back to work and make up for what they lost with our other crappy fighters.” He said knowing Katelyn didn’t really like the idea of his job. But next time he would see her, she would understand and no longer worry. Although, Katelyn would need to be careful there, the only girls that worked there were strippers or whores. But Katelyn was strong and had a gun she should be fine.
When she sat back down, so did he. Bring his on foot to rest on his knee and he leaned back in the chair and looked around. He really did come close to closing time. Looking back at her he smiled. “So do you think I can kidnap you now. I’d rather not wait outside well you close. Then I really will look like stalker rapist. We can’t have that.” He looked at his watch. “Besides if we want to eat and then see the movie we gotta get moving. Think you can pull it off?”

Katelyn sighed slightly at him saying that she would have to win it back, but she blinked slightly at him asking her to go out with him tonight. A surprised look came on her face at him suddenly asking her out, but she felt a small glare come on her face when he continued. "Your blackmailing me." She said, more of a statement than a question. Dammit, she shouldn't have told him. He was using it against her now. She glared more at his smile and his laugh. He was enjoying her being trapped. However, she sighed deeply and glared at him even more. "Fine." She agreed.
When he looked around, she merely chuckled at what he said next. "And shock the hell out of me?" She said smiling as she placed her elbows on the table and rested her chin in her left arm. When he started acting childish again, she couldn't help but to laugh slightly again, completely forgetting that he was blackmailing her. "It worked after all, why are you still acting sour?" She said grinning, until he asked why she was at her table. A slender eyebrow went up at this. "How did you know this was my table?" He then started talking about how she should assure the waitress and rolled her eyes at his comment. "Yeah right. I'll tell her that your a friend when I leave."
She looked at his neatly stitched head and blinked when she realized he was messing with his hair. She cleared her throat slightly before sitting back down and sighed at his answer, but nodded. She didn't know why she just really didn't like his job. Sure, he made money, but there were other ways he could make it. But again, his life, not hers. So she merely smiled at him at his comment. "Heh, well that's good." She said smiling.
He then spoke of if he could kidnap her now, she merely grinned at him when he said if he waited outside, he would really look like a stalker. "Heh alright hold on." She said getting up before hearing his plans. "That sounds good." she said before heading to the kitchen to grab her purse. Immediately she was met with the other waitress. "Well?! Who is he?!" She said impatient as she placed her hands on her hips.
Katelyn merely chuckled at the girl and patted the girl's shoulder. "He's a friend, don't worry, he's not some stalker dude." She said jokingly before she moved past her. "Hey can you lock up? I'm being 'abducted' by him." She said, sticking her tongue out at the waitress, obviously teasing her for thinking he was a stalker. She couldn't help but to laugh at the girl harrumphing and walking off, saying she will. "Thanks!" She said before grabbing her purse and walked back out to Kaden. "Alright, ready when you are." She said grinning. tagged: Kaden Word Count: 590 outfit: coming soon! lyrics: Savin Me - Nickelback notes: <33

Xx-- Blackmailing? No he would never do that. But he just smiled up at her. “No, just holding onto something during out time out.” That’s when she got slightly cross with him. He watched her, calm and cool and his finger twitched slightly on his leg. She was quiet for a moment or two before she said fine. He couldn’t help but smirk. To think if she really wanted her phone and not put up with him she only had to say so. “Awe, now why so grumpy? I thought we had lots of fun last time.” Then again he was being slightly grumpy at the same time. They were both just poor sports when it came to losing at their own games. Or other’s games for that matter. Losing was not an option for these two.
Another topic change. One that he liked. How well his plan failed but worked all at once. “Yup, that was my plan. To shock you to death so I can drag your body to my house and then black mail you. Okay that was kinda stupid. I’ve lost my touch.” He said before thinking deeply about this new stalker plot. He was quiet for a moment before he gave up with a sigh. “I’ll just go with tazing you. How does that sound? Less painful. I think.” And that’s when she asked about him being a baby about his plan not working out just right. “Because, I plotted this for like a week, and I wanted to get it just right.“ He shrugged “I don’t know. It’s just how I am I guess.” He was moving away from his annoyance and back to his usual laid back self. Which was really good.
“Like I said I’m a ninja.” He winked at her again before laughing. “that’s all your getting.” And he leaned back again. Why was he moving around so much. It was like this mind was moving all over the place. Then again Kaden did fidget a lot, so maybe that’s why he was moving around so much. He was only noticing this now because he was being watched and judge, but why does that bother him? Well in thought she looked at his head before sitting back down. “Why don’t you like my job?” He couldn’t help but ask. Sure his job was slightly illegal, where drugs, prostitution and so many other things happened, but it wasn’t like he was evolved with any of that. He just liked a good fight.
As Katelyn pushed up and moved away from the table he watched her walk away, his eyes traveled to her ass. She had a nice ass. He really needed to ask her if he was allowed to hit on her now. Flirting playfully was nice and all but he wanted to make her blush. He could tell she would do that so easily. It would be interesting how long it would take him to get her to blush. Kaden wasn’t a shy one. He just liked having a good time.
When she came back out he started to fold his paper and stood up. When she smiled at him he held his arm out for her to take before walking towards the door. In the corner of his eye he noticed that fatty one and fatty two didn’t have their food still. Wonder how long that other waitress was going to be stuck here with them. And with that he pushed the door open and moved into the cooling evening air. “So where would you like to go lovely?” He said grinning at her as they started to walk down the street. He had parked his car a block away so she wouldn’t spot his amazing one of a kind car. “Oh right, sorry. Can I say that stuff now?”
He was smiling like a fool as he looked down at her. Kaden was 6 feet tall, which was normal for the everyday male from what he knew and most females were far lower, Katelyn wasn’t that much shorter then he was, but he still had to look down slightly to see into her eyes. Lovely eyes in fact. Man she was just lovely all around. Nothing too bad about her yet. Well besides the whole FBI thing.

When he said that he wasn't blackmailing her, she merely glared at him as he smiled at her. Damn him. So she finally sighed and agreed to it, only to laugh at him asking why she was grumpy. "That's the problem Kaden, my life is too much 'fun' for you. Remember how you got your stitches?" She said sighing, still feeling bad for that. It was why she vanished without a trace...or at least she tried, thinking of the phone. Stupid thing.
She listened to him as he explained it was his plan to shock her, kidnap her and blackmail her, a slender brow went up at this and laughed at him saying it was stupid. He then continued about how he would just tazer her and she merely chuckled and shook her head. "Hey, I had to get tazed once, that's not fun. Plus if you did that, I would have to taze you back." She said grinning. When he spoke of how he plotted the plan for a week, she blinked slightly. "Have you been watching me for an entire week?" She said, sort of surprised by his dedication. Jeez, he really either one, wanted to hang out with her, or two, he wanted to give her phone back. But since he wasn't putting it down and leave, she had to go with number one.
Katelyn wouldn't help but to roll at what he said about being a ninja once again and blinked at his wink. Was he going to try to be flirtatious today? Sure she didn't mind it since, well honestly, he was cute. If he flirted her, she wouldn't mind, but it would take her a bit to get used to it, since well, she wasn't exactly used to someone flirting. In this town, it was usually some creep flirting with her and compliment her ass or something. She was pulled from the thought by his question and shrugged. "I don't know..Just the fact you get paid to bloody someone up.." She said before putting her chin back in her hand and shrugged once again.
After going to the kitchen and coming back she pulled her purse over her shoulder and smiled at him holding his arm out. So she merely took his arm and followed him out, only to hear him call her lovely. When he asked if he could say stuff like that, she grinned. "Your gonna have to earn it." She said before merely following him to his car, which was probably parked a block away. He was so stalking her. She noticed how much he was smiling at her, but it merely made her smile back at him. He was glad his plan worked obviously. Was she glad too? Ah, what the hell, least she would maybe have some fun tonight. That is if someone didn't want to kill her again. tagged: Kaden Word Count: 561 outfit: coming soon! lyrics: Savin Me - Nickelback notes: <33

Xx-- “Well not really. Do remember I was drunk.” He said teasing her slightly. He couldn’t help it. But in fact he did remember hitting his head, but getting shot in the shoulder, not at all. Most of that night was just a blur of speed and the sound of a car driving quickly down the night streets with bullets being fired at it. Kaden didn’t understand why she thought that it was so bad. Stuff like that happened every day, it was normal in this shitty town. Hell she knew he used to be a cop and he is in a gang. She should know that his life isn’t that normal either.
His bad story of blackmail fail, came to amuse her. At least he got her to laugh, it just made his smile glow all the more. Only her come back made his smile turn to a grin. He leaned closer to her at from across the table. “I think I’d enjoy that too much.” He said with a wink before moving back and laughing. He was totally hitting on her that time, but he couldn’t help himself, she walked right into it. He was easy for him to come up with shit like this, he was after all a guy and all guys have a fucked up mind when it came to stuff. After a moment he smiled sheepishly and said. “Sorry, should . . . have teased you. My bad.” And with that he was rubbing his back his other arm resting on the table.
Letting his arm fall he sighed in a good relaxing way. It felt good to be out and acting normal again. Talking to an normal person and a girl that he wasn’t planning on sleep with that night. He felt a friendship forming and that made him happy. As many friends as he had, they really weren’t the best of friends and really only a few could really be called good friends that were true friends to him. Only her next question made him frown a little. The way she had said that made him sound creep. So he lied and it clearly didn’t look like he was, his eyebrows were pressed together and he rubbed his thumb on the edge of his chine. He could feel a small patch of points pocking through where he missed in shaving.
“No of course not. That just creepy.” And with that he shook his head his hand trying to run through his hair before he flinched at the quick pull of the stitches before he chuckled slightly at Katelyn. “That’s why it’s taking so long to heal. I keep touching them because I forgot their there.” He shrugged a little and patted down his hair softly making sure not to put too much presser on his stitches. He really didn’t want to stay out of the ring much longer at work. That’s when she told him why she didn’t like his work. Well that was an interesting answer. Never got that answer before. He just shrugged it aside. Guess they wouldn’t see eye to eye on everything.
As Kaden stood there waiting with his arm out she took it and he pulled her closer to him. They touched side slightly, but not to the point were they looked like they were dating. Just good friends or something. Yet again they only have met once before now, and this was just something Kaden did. He was weird like that. As they moved outside and down a street she told him that he couldn’t tease her just yet. He whine playfully. “Awe, that’s no fun.” But he just laughed and smiled at her. “What do I have to do? Get down on one knee? Carry you on my back? Or. . . something crazy like take you skydiving.“ He thought for a minute, where the hell would he find skydiving in this town. “But that last one may be a little hard to find.” He chuckled before spotting his car about two yards away from them.
“There it is.” He said with a grin before pushing his free hand into his pocket. He thought about something before smirking. He held the keys out in front of her. “Wanna drive again?” he said as the keys dangled in front of her eyes, just a little away from her face. He would see how much she really like this car. Even if she said yes, she wasn’t driving it again just yet. She had to earn it, he would wait for the last second to pull away the keys.

Katelyn couldn't help but to grin at Kaden when he reminded her that he was drunk after all. "That's right, sorry keep forgetting that." She said remembering their last encounter. She still felt bad since he DID get hurt on his wife's birthday and she had gotten him shot at, and he had to go to the hospital the next day for stitches. Not the best way to spend his wife's birthday.
When he said how he would 'blackmail' her, she couldn't help but to laugh. Once the laugh died down, she blinked at him leaning a little closer before he explained that he would enjoy her tazing him. It was rather odd, but the wink made her flush lightly. Just when was she so blushy all of the sudden? When he apologized, she merely grinned as she forced the small blush away. "Haha, it's alright Kaden." She said smiling at him.
In a way, even though he had popped up from nowhere, Katelyn was actually having some fun acting normal for once. Since Kaden knew that she was undercover agent, it was actually easier to act like herself. It was almost a breath of fresh air that she could be herself, but she wasn't around someone from Pax. Sure she liked to hang out with Pax, but still it was good to know she could have friends outside of her...whatever it was. Lawley got pissed if someone called it a gang.
Once he said that it would be creepy if he was watching her, she placed her elbows on the table and rested her chin in her hands before grinning. "Then how did you know my tables? Or the fact that you have been planning this for a week? This is the first time you've been in here after all." She said grinning more. He couldn't get out of this one, she caught him. However, why was she not freaked out that he had been stalking her for a week? Ah, oh well. She blinked when he flinched and was about to ask if he was alright, until he explained that he kept forgetting it was there. "Well they looked almost healed though, even if you accidentally touch it, it should be alright."
As she took his arm, she only chuckled when he pulled her closer to him and followed him outside, barely even noticing that they were touching sides. When he whined, she couldn't help but to laugh slightly at him throwing ideas out. "Hmmm, I don't know just yet." She said grinning at him before spotting his car.
She was about to let go of his arm when they came upon his car, but suddenly she blinked at the sight of him dangling the keys in front of her. "Why, are you in too much pain to drive again?" She said grinning up at him, and was about to take the keys until he pulled them away. This made her playfully glare at him. "Fine, you drive then." She said, letting go of his arm and walked over to the passenger side. tagged: Kaden Word Count: 603 outfit: coming soon! lyrics: Savin Me - Nickelback notes: lol I love these two

Xx-- She blushed! Score, he was good, or she was just easy to blush. Either way he was happy and chuckled slightly as she tried to hide it fast. In truth it had been a long time since he met someone like this. It made him happy and maybe it was the reason why he was trying so hard not to lost her just yet. They also got a long well for two people that just met. Only as she leaned on her elbows he looked at her as if waiting for something bad to happen.
Damn he was a stalker, and to think he used to go after people like this. Was he obsessed? Hell no. So why did he go through so much trouble. “I-. . . “ he started to think “Have a friend helping me.” He lied quickly. Only he knew that lie was really bad and he just smiled at her like a child before looking away again. He saw that other waitress and gave her a wave. With that the two got up and started to make their way out down the street, arm in arm. This was going to be fun. He could already tell.
When she spoke of not knowing what he would need to do to hit o her, he grinned and bumped her hip softly. “Awe, that’s no fair. You better think fast or I’ll come up with something myself.” And with that he stick his tongue out at her before chuckling. They came up to his car and with that he stuck his keys out in front of her. Her comment was lame and not what most people would have done, but then again she wasn’t like most people. He was after all still trying to figure her out. She was a tricky one.
Pulling the key away he laughed at her. “Fine I will. But I will open the door for you.” And with a click her door was unlocked and he reached to open the door and bowed at her with a small smirk. “How is this miss?” And as she slipped in he closed the door and walked around to jump in the driver’s side. As she sat down he was about to put his keys in and started the car when he remembered. Where were they going to go? That was a very good question looking back over at Katelyn he smiled. “So where to? I don’t care you pick. I can pay for it all after all.” He said with a wink knowing that she knew he had a lot of money from work.
