Say hello to Poppy Bates. Gently though - she gets scared easily. She's a fourteen year old girl who's probably scared of her own shadow, and prefers to fade into the background and watch people get on with their life rather than take centre stage herself.
Poppy's more the type to hide in the corner rather than socialise, so her friends are probably going to be forced. I'm really short of ideas here, bu I can see some older person kinda taking her under their wing, whether this be good or bad.
Well, I haven't actually seen anyone else of Poppy's age around Switchblade, so I'm really short on ideas here :/
People in here will fall into one of two catagories: people she's scared of and her brother's enemies. Her brother's first - Kieran (who I may add later xP) is in the Delinquo Cartel, the most hated group around. As a result he's probably going to have lots of enemies (and also because he's a total asshole)...
Which brings me to the other type. Poppy's pretty damn scared that someone from another gang is going to pick on her because she's weak and related to Kieran. She's also pretty convinced they're going to torture her for info. Of course, this could actually happen xP

This is Scott William Anderson, a 21 year old male who has been in Switchblade for little more than two weeks. He moved to the town in an attempt to leave behind the memories of losing his mother, brother and sister - his sister's still alive, but in an asylum after she murdered their brother Michael. Jolly story, huh? Scott has a keen interest in media and is actually a cameraman, although at the moment he's unemployed, considering he just moved here ya know.
Scott's the type of guy who needs/has lots of friends. He's a constant party goer, so he needs his gang of boys around him. That's not to say he won't be friends with girls though - he gets on just as well with them and may even have a few that know of his past and are pretty close to him as a result.
In his old town, Scott built up quite the reputation as someone you'd want to get off with either way - a great one night stand, but good for long-term relationships too. His special someone would probably know about hs past (check the form for more on that, if you're needing more info) and be sensitive to it - Scott wouldn't tolerate someone making jibes at his family.
I can't see Scott being the type of guy to have many enemies. The only thing I can think of is if he got a bit too cocky at a party and mocked a couple of... less populars, shall we say? Scott's not involved with any of the gangs (yet - he's such a pushover) so there'll be no enemies gained from that I don't think.
Just throw plot at me for everyone.

Say hello to Gloria Night, a 17 year old giggly, innocent girl from Calfornia. You'd be forgiven for mistaking her for a brainless blonde who doesn't think or care about anything more than what she's going to wear to the party that night and who she's going to hook up with. You'd probably just turn around and walk away.
That's when the knife would go in your back. Gloria is a cruel, ruthless girl. Someone gets in her way? God help them, because she'll toy around with them a bit before getting them out of her life. In truth, Gloria's very unstable. It'll take just one large push from someone to make her spiral into god-knows-what...
Gloria's had lots of fake friends in her life who were just tagging along to feed on her popularity (and dad's endless pockets) and make sure they didn't get picked on. She dosn't really care though. As long as they don't annoy her or expose her, they'll be okay. So Gloria will probably have some people close to her - probably people like her (see above).
Ah, lovers. I have an idea that I'd love someone to take here. Gloria develops an obsessive crush over one particular guy (your character) and will do anything to get hold of him. This will have been going on for some time. So Gloria gets really annoyed (especially if he has a girlfriend) and pretty much locks him up somewhere. This being Gloria, she'd probably torture him a bit before getting bored and letting him go. She'd still be after him though xP If someone could take this they'd get lots of sweeties :D
As for others, Gloria will do anything for money/fun, so she'll probably hook up with a couple of guys.
