The most exclusive nightclub around. Don't even try to sneak in, especially if you're underage. It's no secret that the Vitius Syndicate owns the nightclub. Underneath the nightclub is the Vitius headquarters.

Some of the world's finest pieces of art are displayed here. The museum gets quiet on weekdays but you can always find someone who appreciates the arts lounging around.

Known for their fast service, this is the best place for an on-the-go snack. With its chill atmosphere, the cafe is also one of the best places to catch up with an old friend over a nice cup of coffee.

Despite the reputation of this side of the city, the park borders on the edge of the Vitius territory and is one of the nicest areas to relax. The park is neatly maintained and attracts people from all over the city.

It wouldn't be wise to head into these alleys alone. From ripoff designer purses to stolen iPods, the prices are good but there's always the rare chance that the police will raid the place.

There's no attempt to even hide what this part of town holds. Prostitutes, call girls, whatever you want to call them are all over the place here. But it'd be best to watch your back, there's no telling who's watching.

Don't let the name fool you. Strictly eighteen and older strip club, of course, with a couple of Benjamin's the bouncers may just be so inclined to let you get away with a few things. This here is the Delinquo's headquarters.

Just like any other university, there's the fair share of studying and partying, minus the studying part. It always seems like there's an ambulance around, ready to rush and help the latest victims of alcohol poisoning or drug overdose.

The fanciest and most high class bar in the entire city, this is an invitation only hangout. Paparazzai practically camp outside this place to get a glimpse of the fame and fortune that frequents this bar.

From clothes to music, this shopping mall has it all, for a certain price of course. This enormous mall has two stories and just about every store possible to fulfill every shopper's wants and needs for several lifetimes.

Nicknamed Congregation of the Damned by the city's citizen, most of the people who attend this church are hypocrites but the church still stands for those who wish to find a quiet sanctuary. There is also a graveyard behind the church.

Gossip, cliques, everything that makes a normal high school. Some of the best and worst memories are back in high school. The teachers try to keep the kids away from the problems of the city but they can only do so much.

Eighty percent of the time, Switchblade General sees trauma cases. There's never a moment of rest in this emergency room. Doctors need to be quick and stay on their feet to deal with dying patients while talking with police.

There are still a few decent cops out there in the city but most cops have been corrupted and bought off by the different gangs. It's slowly starting to change with Pax Pacis taking over and a new police chief in town though.

Hands down, the best place to get a good cup of coffee. This is a popular place for the high school kids to hang around after school and study together or just chat. Despite being a coffee house, there are plenty of other delicious beverages.

With a pool and a recreation center, this place is a better home to most teenagers than the ones their parents offer. Counselors are around to help troubled teens but most just come to hangout.
